Sales for Kellyanne Conway’s Book Drop 93% Three Weeks After Release and Things are Looking Even Worse
Look, not every book can be Michelle Obama’s book, Becoming, am I right? Becoming sold 725,000 copies on its FIRST DAY alone. And that’s not even the first-day book-selling record. That goes to Bob Woodward and his book about Donald Trump, Fear: Donald Trump in the White House, which sold 900,000 copies. However, Obama obviously quickly caught up and after 15 days, the book became the best-selling book in the US for the year 2018. And as of November 2020, Becoming sold 14 million copies worldwide, including more than 8 million in the U.S. and Canada. THAT’S A LOT OF BOOKS.
Kellyanne Conway’s book didn’t fare as well. Here’s The Deal saw a 93% drop in second-week sales, selling approximately 9,000 copies, compared to the 25,000 copies she sold the week before, according to NPD Book Scan. Week three sales have not yet been reported, but are expected to be even worse, as is the norm once a book has been released and public relations and appearances slow down.
The book has also dropped in price. Amazon shows the Kindle edition has dropped by 50% and the hardcover by 37%.
Conway is still making appearances though, like the one she made on CBN, as noted by Queerty. Conway once again admitted that Trump lost the election, saying, “I think people told Donald Trump he was going to win in a landslide–and frankly he should have, between his policy accomplishments, his Democratic opponents–there was so much working against him, though”.

She continued, “He couldn’t do the rallies because of COVID, he couldn’t campaign the way he was used to, the way people loved to see him campaign and get out there and really mix it up with the folks.”
LOL, whatever. Obviously Trump disagreed with Conway and slammed her after her book was released. He particularly took issue with the fact that Conway claimed she told Trump he lost. Trump took to his social media site Truth Social to clear the record.
“Kellyanne Conway never told me that she thought we lost the election. If she had, I wouldn’t have dealt with her any longer — she would have been wrong — could go back to her crazy husband,” Trump wrote. “Writing books can make people say some very strange things. I wonder why?”
In her interview on CBN, she was once again asked about her husband George Conway, who obviously is not a fan of Trump.
“It was very tough,” she explained. “Very tough on me. Tough on our kids. Tough on our loved ones. No one literally knew what was happening. They had never experienced anything like that. I certainly hadn’t.”
“He took a vow with me to love, honor, and cherish, and I think included in that is to try to support your spouse’s career.”
Although according to older TikToks made by daughter Claudia Conway, it appears the Conways might not even be together anymore.
