Trump Goes INSANE and Rages Over NYT Op-Ed Stating His Power is Weakening

Life has granted us a few hard rules that can be wholly relied upon. For one, you will never hear, “I am not stupid!” from a smart person. You will never hear, “I’m important in…” from someone who is very important to an organization. And similarly, one will never hear protests about a person’s power weakening if that person is gaining in power unless you’re Donald Trump and it’s true, or even if it’s false. If you say anything questioning Trump’s power, handsomeness, wealth, abilities, whatever it is, you are going to hear back about it, as the New York Times surely knew when it published an op-ed emphasizing Trump’s weakening power in the Republican party.

From Mediaite, we have the Trump tantrump on Truth Social:

“Incredible how The New York Times just never gives up. One of their third-rate columnists wrote a story on Saturday saying that, despite almost universal victories in every major race, Trump may be losing his power,” began Trump in the statement shared via his Save America PAC.

“The article, written by Ross Douthat, doesn’t cover ‘minor’ events like the fact that on Tuesday, in the Great State of Maryland, Dan Cox, a person not known but strongly Endorsed by me, absolutely destroyed the Endorsed and highly campaigned for candidate of RINO Governor Larry Hogan,” Trump added in the lengthy statement.

“This was a big upset,” Trump added, noting, “Fox News said it couldn’t happen!”

Trump’s LONG statement also includes the obligatory whine about the New York Times getting a Pulitzer for its “Russia, Russia, Russia,” story (much of which came true), and his new obsession with Mitch McConnell, who ripped Trump after Thursday’s hearing, saying McConnell would’ve lost by 20 points in Kentucky had Trump not endorsed McConnell (Right) and implying that the only way a Republican wins is with Trump’s endorsement.

People who are really powerful can blow off articles on waning power unless it is Trump, especially when his power is waning.
