Marjorie Taylor Greene Tells Supporters to Break the Law — Vote ‘One, Two, Three Times, Whatever’

Marjorie Marjorie Marjorie…do you never learn?

She’s been encouraging voters to flock to the polls and vote during the November midterm elections, and recently appeared with her Republican colleague Mallory Staples, who ran for Georgia’s Sixth Congressional District during the primary, but lost.

But this time Marjorie Taylor Greene went a little overboard. Just a little.

In a video clip shared by Patriot Takes, a left-wing Twitter account, we see the two women encouraging Georgia voters to hit the polls. Staples then goes on to encourage voters to support people like Greene, whom she describes as willing to “fight” for her constituents, The Independent reports.

“Get out and vote with you and your 20 closest friends and neighbors in November,” Staples begins, but then gets interrupted by Greene, who suggests “40” of those closest friends should vote. Then she suggests those friends and neighbors should vote more than once.

“Vote one, two, three times, whatever,” Greene told the audience, at which point Staples, laughing nervously tells the audience that voters should do “whatever the law will allow you to do.”

“Which in Georgia, is almost anything,” Staples adds and the two women continue laughing nervously.

Greene has promoted more than a few conspiracy theories and she’s also quite enthusiastically supported former president Donald Trump’s “Big Lie” that the 2020 election was stolen by fraudulent votes. She gets lit up constantly by Twitter users thanks to her ridiculous remarks and it’s a wonder why any Republican with any brains would want to appear alongside her.

In the days before the deadly January 6, 2021, Capitol riot, Greene declared she would refuse to “certify fraudulent electoral college votes” in favor of President Joe Biden. And also during that same time period, she tweeted that “there was MASS voter fraud on a scale that should terrify every American regardless of political party.”

Most notably, earlier this spring she was called to testify before Congress regarding her alleged involvement in the Capitol riot, and in fact, she was the first member of Congress to publicly testify under oath.

Greene has become the laughingstock of her own party, which is pretty remarkable when you consider that there are plenty of other contenders, including outgoing members of Congress Madison Cawthorn (R-N.C.), Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.), and Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.).

All of these people are political jokes. And they are funny until they are not.
