Donald Trump Jr. is back to inadvertently reminding us that he is a child of privilege. This time he tried to backhand Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky by posting a homophobic tweet. Of course, most of us already know he’s frequently tried to embarrass people on Twitter only to wind up being embarrassed himself.

Apparently, Donald Trump’s namesake and eldest child only recently found out that Zelensky was a comic actor before becoming a politician. He regularly appeared on Ukraine TV, especially on comedy sketch shows, Queerty reports. In one such sketch, Zelensky and other actors perform as Kazaky. The Ukrainian boy band was known for wearing high heels and enjoyed brief popularity about a decade ago.

Junior finally caught wind of this (he’s a bit slow, but he figures things out eventually) and he tried to joke that perhaps this is another reason why the U.S. shouldn’t support Ukraine.

“Just so we understand this is the leader of the left’s new religion, Ukraine,” Junior posted. “He replaced Lord Fauci who replaced goddess Greta as the leader of the leftist lunacy movement. Give him all of your money forever it doesn’t matter how much or for what… the Gods have spoken!”

Others reminded Don Jr. that he was in no shape to criticize Zelensky. The Ukrainian president has helped his country defend itself against Vladimir Putin’s Russian invasion for over a year.

Unlike you, Zelenskyy had self-confidence long before he was elected president, so he could dress and dance like that. You are just a spoiled child of rich parents.
