Maggie Haberman reported yesterday that she couldn’t understand why Trump believed he was being arrested on Tuesday. She said that no one in the D.A.’s office had contacted the Trump camp to arrange some sort of backdoor entrance to be charged and get fingerprinted (Which scares Trump to death, perhaps because he’s worried that the world will see shorter, pudgier fingers?), all the things that go along with being “arrested” without the cops and handcuffs. I fully believe that they should NOT do some sort of perp walk. Tensions will be high enough.

But there hasn’t been any cooperation. Haberman believes Trump just surmised that he’ll be arrested because he’s heard so much news lately and tomorrow, the grand jury will hear from the last witness.

Trump is certainly anticipating his own “arrest” and indictment this week. Today he took to Truth Social again to complain about the last witness before the Manhattan grand jury. It is an “odd” witness because it’s Michael Cohen’s attorney. Like all privileges, the attorney-client privilege can be waived by the client, and so, evidently, Cohen allowed his attorney to testify. Trump is freaked about it enough to (again) go ALL CAPS:

JUST REPORTED THAT THE MOST IMPORTANT WITNESS TO GO BEFORE THE NEW YORK CITY GRAND JURY, A HIGHLY RESPECTED LAWYER WHO ONCE REPRESENTED CONVICTED FELON, JAILBIRD, AND SERIAL FAKE STORYTELLER AND LIAR, MICHAEL COHEN, WILL BE DOING SO TOMORROW AFTERNOON. THE INFORMATION HE WILL PRESENT WILL SUPPOSEDLY BE CONCLUSIVE AND IRREFUTABLE! WITCH HUNT!!!

Hey, Biff? That guy, the “convicted felon, jailbird, and serial fake storyteller?” That is your co-conspirator in THIS CRIME.

Now, I think the charges will extend beyond the election conspiracy. I think that Bragg plans to bring charges of tax fraud. But in the Stormy Daniels case, Trump is “Individual One” who conspired with Michael Cohen. Trump is throwing Cohen under the bus as a “jailbird” who worked with Trump to commit the very crime Trump is so furious about!

Then he continued his scream fest and said, “REMEMBER, THE SAME ANIMALS AND THUGS THAT WOULD DO THIS TO PERHAPS 200 MILLION PEOPLE, BUT ACTUALLY ALL AMERICANS, ARE THE COMMUNISTS, MARXISTS, RINOS, AND LOSERS THAT ARE PURPOSEFULLY DESTROYING OUR COUNTRY!”

The man is simply losing it.
