Kellyanne Conway’s Daughter Claudia Is Causing a Bunch of Problems for Her Mom Again
Claudia Conway, the daughter of Kellyanne and George Conway had some choice words for CNN for airing former President Donald Trump’s town hall in New Hampshire.
As noted by Newsweek, Trump’s town hall came just one day after he was found liable in a sexual abuse case. Claudia stealthily launched her snark attack by calling the move a “fantastic, tasteful idea from a major news network,” adding that the episode made her “want to throw up.”
And Claudia wasn’t the only one who was put off by this distasteful situation. CNN’s Jake Tapper went viral on Wednesday when he summed up Trump’s performance by citing a number of alleged “lies” the former president told.
This is the first time Trump has appeared on CNN since the 2016 Presidential Election. But despite the seven-year absence, some folks were still pretty furious that Trump was given the floor.
“Yeah because let’s give the man who was found liable for sexual assault yesterday a platform where he can lie […] to lunatics that applaud him,” Claudia posted on Twitter Wednesday evening. “Yes. Sounds like a fantastic, tasteful idea from a major news network.”

I can’t help but think that dinnertime at the Conway house must have been fun. While Kellyanne was Trump’s campaign manager and senior counselor during his time in office, her then-husband George Conway and daughter Claudia have always been vocal about their dislike of the former president.
One Twitter user responded to Claudia Conway’s tweet by saying it’s “insane” that laughing about rape has been “normalized.” Claudia responded, “Makes me want to throw up.”
Trump was found liable by a jury for the sexual abuse of writer E. Jean Carroll as part of an incident that happened in New York in the mid-1990s. Carroll had accused Trump of raping her, but the jury didn’t find him liable for rape. He was also found liable for defaming Carroll and she’ll receive $5 million in damages as a result of the verdict.
Claudia couldn’t help but go on from there.
“Yes let’s pardon January 6th insurrectionists too !!! and lie about the election !!! and mock a woman we sexually assaulted !! this is so awesome CNN !! thank u for embarrassing yourselves,” she wrote, adding an emoji with hearts for eyes.
“CNN should just hire Tucker Carlson if they want to spread misinformation so explicitly,” she wrote, referencing the Republican broadcaster who was recently dropped by Fox News.

Some Twitter users were angered by her tweets, with one person saying she was a “disgrace” to her family. Claudia fired back by agreeing and then tagging Mom and Dad, writing “aren’t I the worst?”
Claudia Conway always cracks me up. She’s got quite a sharp sense of humor and I’m sure it drives her Mom Kellyanne nuts. Especially since Trump recently asked Kellyanne to join his 2024 campaign, although she has yet to decide whether to work for him again.
Before the former president’s appearance, there were many calls across social media to boycott CNN but I’m glad that Tapper’s comments were praised online after he pointed out Trump’s misinformation.
I can be happy for the small things like this.
