While Melania Trump is rarely seen with her husband, Donald Trump, she has twice been spotted having dinner with him at Mar-a-Lago, even though she didn’t appear alongside him during his arraignment and skipped his post-arraignment at the famed golf resort.

Now she’s popped up again, this time doing a web-only interview with Fox News Digital. The interview featured neither photo nor video and just coincidentally appeared online just hours before a jury found Trump liable for sexual abuse and defamation against writer E. Jean Carroll, New York Magazine reports.

But as is very typical for Melania, her remarks sounded as stiff as a solid rock feels. In other words, it sounded scripted and rehearsed. After basically ignoring her husband for the past two years, suddenly she’s now very supportive of him and the perfect spouse.

“My husband achieved tremendous success in his first administration, and he can lead us toward greatness and prosperity once again.”

She added that her husband has once again gained her support as he continues his 2024 bid for president.

“He has my support, and we look forward to restoring hope for the future and leading America with love and strength,” she said.

That’s mighty thoughtful of her when you considered he ignored her birthday, although he did praise Melania on Truth Social for her ongoing work on her Be Best campaign. So maybe the seeming freeze between the former first couple is thawing. A little.

And apparently, a source has told Page Six, the two are thick as thieves. That person notes they are “closer than ever” and things are just going great.

I’m sure.

“A source told Page Six that Trump is ‘really beaming next to Melania.’ Mar-a-Lago is apparently abuzz that ‘the couple seems … more bonded than ever. Friends say that Melania’s stepping up — while Ivanka and Jared [Kushner] have stepped aside — has made [Trump] more confident than ever.’ The source told us, ‘Trump says Melania will be by his side during the campaign more than she was last time.”

Oh, goody. This means we can expect months and months of Melania explaining that she “loves” Christmas and supports her husband and is eager to spend another four years in the White House. Another four years of playing “Where’s Melania?” instead of “Where’s Waldo?” Another four years of Melania vs. Stormy Daniels, Melania vs. Ivanka and what’s her latest grift?
