We’ve now found out more information about the agreement reached between Hunter Biden and Lunden Roberts, his baby mama after the wording for the agreement was published Thursday, and while he still isn’t allowing his little daughter to use the Biden name, he is giving her something of value at least.

He will be giving her some of his paintings — some of which are valued at $500,000.

Now that the agreement is a sealed deal, it ends years of bitter battles between Biden, 53, and Lunden Roberts, 32, over support for four-year-old Navy Joan Roberts, MailOnline reports.

Some parts of the agreement, however, were redacted before being released by Independence County Circuit Court in Arkansas. The agreement does reveal that Biden, who began painting while recovering from drug and alcohol addiction, must give the little girl some of his finished paintings.

“The child shall select the painting which shall either be sent to the child or sent to a gallery designated by Lunden Roberts,” per the order. “The net proceeds of any sales of paintings shall be wired to an account designated by Lunden Roberts.

This will almost certainly provide a comfortable life for Navy Joan since the novice artist’s paintings are valued at up to $500,000 largely due to the Biden name that the little girl won’t be able to use.

“The plaintiff withdraws her counterclaim for name change of the child,” the agreement says in clause nine. This was first reported by CNN.

And it comes at a very pressing period for the younger Biden. He successfully managed to avoid jail time by agreeing to a plea deal that ended a multi-year federal investigation of his tax affairs and gun ownership.

On Thursday, he appeared inside a Delaware courthouse, where he was questioned under oath as part of a defamation case brought by the computer repair shop owner who worked on his notorious “laptop from hell.”

He became embroiled in the case involving Roberts all during the time this was going on.

The case began as a paternity dispute in 2019 when Roberts gave birth to the little girl. Biden denied paternity, but a DNA test confirmed that he was her father and he agreed to pay $20,000 a month.

Biden had sought to reduce the payment, but the clause denoting his monthly obligation was redacted. The settlement means Biden will be able to avoid the messy business of a public paternity trial that would likely highlight details of his murky finances.

The agreement came about shortly after it was reported that President Joe Biden’s son will plead guilty to federal tax offenses as part of an agreement to avoid a full prosecution on a separate gun charge.

And Roberts sprang a surprise on her former paramour by turning up in person to hear him being deposed. This is the first time during their battle that she has done this. Not long after that, the situation was resolved.

As part of the agreement, Roberts dropped her demand that little Navy’s surname be changed to Biden, a request that Hunter Biden’s legal team had rejected.

I keep wondering how this will affect the girl as she grows up and begins to understand that her own father didn’t want her to share his name. I’m glad that things are working out better for Hunter Biden, but really, this is sad. Even her grandparents Joe and Jill Biden don’t acknowledge her. Would it really cause that much trouble for her to use the Biden name?

Luckily once she’s 18 she can change her name to whatever she wants, and I hope on her 18th birthday she changes it to Biden (if she wishes). And I hope for her sake those paintings she gets sell for a ton of money. Then she’ll end up with a lot of money and the Biden name (eventually).
