If you have been reading Political Flare for a while, you probably know the name Dr. Jack Brown. We have used his analyses before regarding Donald Trump, which [1] almost [2] always [3] turned [4] out to [5] be true [6]. And especially when it comes to whether Trump used any drugs like Adderall [7]. Dr. Brown has also analyzed Ivanka Trump and nailed it [8].
Now Brown has set his sights on Ron DeSantis, based on an interview the Governor did when he was campaigning in New Hampshire last week. At first I found this really surprising. Unlike Trump, DeSantis is actually in fairly good shape, and has always been an athletic man. As a child and teenager he was a top baseball player [9]. Like TOP top. Major Little League tournaments, all that. And then he went to undergrad at Yale where he was also on the baseball team (no easy feat), and he was the captain of the team. During his senior year at Yale he met former president George H.W. Bush, who had been a Yale baseball captain as well. I don’t know if he was good enough to play for the majors, but considering he got into Harvard Law, he probably took the safer bet.
Even Trump has mentioned how fit DeSantis is. Something I am sure Trump regrets saying now. At a rally in November 2019, Trump talked about what great shape DeSantis was in. Trump said he used to think DeSantis was overweight when he saw him on TV. “I always thought Ron was a little bit heavy.”
But that changed during one encounter.
“One day I am with him and I pat him on the shoulder and I go, whoa! That’s strong,” Trump recalled. “That’s a lot of muscle there. My hand didn’t sink in like it does with a lot of people. And then I see him without a shirt one day, and this guy is strong. He’s not fat. That’s all power. That’s all muscle. I want to tell you that.
“I said, ‘Ron, you’re one of the few I say it to: Don’t walk around with a jacket all the time. Take it off,'” Trump said.
Trump on DeSantis in 2019: "I see him without a shirt one day, and this guy is strong. He's not fat…Ron, you're one of the few I say it to: Don't walk around with a jacket all the time. Take it off. He's a great guy, he's a tough guy, he's a brilliant guy." pic.twitter.com/RYXCtCJ8em [10]

There was a time more recently when DeSantis looked a little heavier and there were rumors he was using the diabetes drug Ozempic to shed some pounds for the campaign. Of course these are just rumors, but if one put on 40-50 pounds from eating too much DoorDash and pints of Ben & Jerry’s and wanted to shed it quickly, Ozempic is the way to do it. And everyone is saying it:
Earlier today, Ron DeSantis got really snippy with a reporter who asked a simple question. One of the possible side effects of Ozempic is “irritability.”
He was also just asked how to correctly pronounce his name. He didn’t know the answer to that question. Another possible side…

But regardless, DeSantis is generally a fit guy who seems to care about his health. He’s also just 44 years old, which is 33 years younger than Trump, who turns 77 in a week. And Trump doesn’t believe in exercise because he subscribes to some crazy conspiracy that humans have limited energy [14] and he doesn’t want to use his up. You can call golfing exercise, but with a cart? (Even on the green! [15] Tsk tsk). That’s pushing it.
So when Dr. Jack Brown would repeatedly show medical and body language proof that Trump was possibly using some kind of stimulant to maintain his energy, it was easy to believe. When I saw him say the same about DeSantis I was surprised, but after reading it, it makes sense. DeSantis is a weird dude. He’s not outgoing like Trump. He always seems painfully uncomfortable when speaking to groups of people or crowds. Like he’d rather be anywhere else in the world. And maybe he does need a little oomph to get him in the zone? Again, I am NOT saying DeSantis is using drugs. I am reporting on what Dr. Jack Brown has revealed in his analysis, and Dr. Brown is an expert in this stuff.
Dr. Brown posted a rather long tweet thread so I won’t post all the tweets, just the ones that matter. Start at the top and read. And think. Makes sense?

4 of 46/ Note that at the 0:03 mark, DeSantis hard-swallows. Although his Adam's apple [thyroid cartilage] is less prominent than most men, we can clearly see it moving up and down. pic.twitter.com/wLDZyIhZ2G [28]

5 of 46/ Hard Swallowing is an extremely common anxiety tell. More specifically, it's a sign of a dry mouth/throat — and thus, an indicator of potential anxiety. Deep swallowing stimulates the production of saliva.

8 of 46/ Note also, DeSantis is holding his hands (fingers intertwined) in front of his groin area. This behavior is a variation of what is known as a Fig Leaf (aka Genital Guarding). pic.twitter.com/IL61dg14rC [31]
— DrJackBrown 🌊 (@DrGJackBrown) June 4, 2023 [32]
9 of 46/ Fig Leaf/Genital Guarding is a very common body language manifestation of emotional discomfort, low confidence, and feelings of intimidation. DeSantis displays this body language far more than most Governors or Presidential Candidates.

12 of 46/ At the beginning of the above video (0:04-0:18), DeSantis repeatedly moves his jaw back and forth (laterally). There's also an occasional less prominent but noticeable forward motion component. Please watch the video, as this is impossible to see the dynamics in images. pic.twitter.com/0pDJogBvSB [34]

13 of 46/ …And during another video (same interview), DeSantis exhibits this same Jaw movement behavior (0:00-0:14): https://t.co/qXMU5HpRb7 [36]

Here’s the video showing the jaw movement, just watch from the beginning to the 14 second mark:
24 of 46/ Note DeSantis' Elevated Central Forehead Contraction simultaneous with a partial/subtle Mouth Smile (i.e. during 0:36). pic.twitter.com/Dxr1j2Tp4f [38]

25 of 46/ Everyone (but hopefully not too often) displays this facial expression *on occasion* during times of:
• Arrogance
• Contempt
• Incredulity (specifically, Smug Incredulity)§ Note each of these emotions may be manifested using other body language/facial expressions.
— DrJackBrown 🌊 (@DrGJackBrown) June 4, 2023 [40]
26 of 46/ However, those who display this combination of expressions *frequently or during crucial moments* — have an extremely high correlation with Sociopathy or Psychopathy (collectively referred to as Antisocial Personality Disorder).
— DrJackBrown 🌊 (@DrGJackBrown) June 4, 2023 [41]
Side note: Great, just what we need, another sociopath/psychopath in the White House!
39 of 46/ Did you notice DeSantis' facial sweating? Could he be ill? Possibly. The lights could be hot or the room temperature could be elevated — but probably not. This is most likely secondary to his anxiety or other causes (1:12). pic.twitter.com/mI83iom01G [42]
— DrJackBrown 🌊 (@DrGJackBrown) June 4, 2023 [43]
41 of 46/ SUMMARY: On multiple occasions during this interview, Governor Ron DeSantis displayed a highly repetitive Lateral Jaw Movement with a secondary and less pronounced forward vectoring (jaw jutting) component.
— DrJackBrown 🌊 (@DrGJackBrown) June 4, 2023 [44]
42 of 46/ The degree of repetitiveness of this particular jaw movement demonstrated in these examples is NOT routine body language behavior. With extremely high likelihood, the cause of this jaw movement is a secondary manifestation of a specific & diagnosable medical condition.
— DrJackBrown 🌊 (@DrGJackBrown) June 4, 2023 [45]
43 of 46/ More specifically (and other medical conditions are ruled out), with considerably high likelihood, Ron DeSantis' repetitive jaw movement is most probably secondary to effect of drug(s) — specifically, a stimulant (i.e., cocaine), colloquially, known as 'Cocaine Jaw'.
— DrJackBrown 🌊 (@DrGJackBrown) June 4, 2023 [46]
44 of 46/ All those familiar with stimulant abuse who would recognize 'Cocaine Jaw' are encouraged to comment.
— DrJackBrown 🌊 (@DrGJackBrown) June 4, 2023 [47]
So as you see, we have good reason to worry that yet another Republican presidential candidate could be using stimulants to help him get through the day and deal with people. When Brown asked others about their opinion of “cocaine jaw” there were tons of responses but here are a couple:
Yep, back in my days of cola, jaw was almost always moving. Talking, gum, clenching or just kinda moving it around wondering why, exactly, I am doing it. Sometimes it was like a yawn that just wouldn't launch.
— Churlayla 🐀 (@grumpygreensman) June 4, 2023 [48]
Stimulant abuse would explain his jaw movements AND his irritability
— Gary B (@GplusB) June 5, 2023 [49]
That how I knew my cousin was using “ the jaw movements” was a dead giveaway, his “Tell”

And one more time, this is an OPINION. The last thing I want to do is accuse the governor of using drugs, even if he is evil and a fascist/authoritarian wannabe who hates anyone who isn’t a white cis-gender conservative. But Brown is an expert and has been analyzing people for years and has always been fair and honest with photo and video proof. I have followed Brown for YEARS…and he’s NEVER been unfair. He’s never been partisan. While there’s no doubt he focuses on Republicans, he would never make something up. I can only say this because I have followed him for years and when some people would make outlandish accusations about Trump and/or other Republicans, Brown would shut it down. He’s harsh but fair. He’s also a great follow on Twitter [51] if you’re looking for a smart dude who you will learn a lot from. Body language analysis is a science in of itself. We all do things we don’t even realize that give out information about how we are feeling, etc. It’s truly fascinating. And Brown does an outstanding job of explaining it in layman’s terms, so you will really learn quite a bit from him.
So what’s your opinion, do you think Meatball Ron is taking stimulants to keep up with the rigors of a presidential campaign? Or is he just one stressed-out guy?
