2024 Election

Kellyanne Conway’s Daughter Claudia Angering Her Mom Again, This Time by Mocking the Heck Out of Trump

I think it’s safe to say that Claudia Conway is the polar opposite of her conservative mom and dad, Kellyanne and George Conway. But she has seemingly inherited her father’s laser wit and dislike of former President Donald Trump.

She’s definitely got that going for her.

And now that Trump is preparing to surrender himself to authorities in Georgia this week for allegedly attempting to upend the results of the 2020 election in Georgia, she’s b*tchslapping him on X, Queerty notes.

Unlike her mom, who kowtowed to her former boss during his years in the White House, Claudia is feisty and she hopped on the social media platform to smack him for running for president. She also singled out Republicans for voting for him when he’s going to be arrested for the fourth time since April when he became the first president to be indicted (four times, no less) in the history of this country.

“‘Abortions are unconstitutional’ ‘affirmative action is unconstitutional’ but a criminal running for office is?'” she tweeted.

Yeah, well politics in the U.S. is perverse, to say the least.

Trump is going to be hopscotching all over the Eastern U.S. when his trials begin— New York, Florida, Washington, D.C., and Georgia and faces nearly 100 charges and more than 700 years in prison, and despite all this, Trump is still well ahead of other candidates running for the 2024 GOP primary.

One recent survey conducted by The Des Moines Register, NBC News, and Mediacom out of Iowa, the key state where the first caucuses will be held on January 15, found that 42 percent of Republican voters in the state still plan to vote for Trump, who leads Ron DeSantis by 23 points. DeSantis is firmly in second place at 19 percent, while Tim Scott is in third place with a mere 9 percent.

Unsurprisingly, another poll conducted by CBS News/YouGov found that Trump supporters are likelier to believe him over their own family members, religious leaders, and medical scientists.

Yes, these fools place their faith in a guy who suggested injecting bleach might fight COVID. Sounds about right.

In fact, 71 percent of respondents said they believe Trump tells the truth, compared to 63 percent who said they believed the same regarding their friends and family. 56 percent said they believed this for conservative media figures, 42 percent said the same for their religious leaders, and only 32 said the same for medical scientists.

Amazing.

So Claudia Conway, for me anyway, provides a bit of an antidote to these ridiculous gullible people. And apparently, she decided two tweets, er posts, are better than one.

“I can’t wait to see his mugshot.”

I can’t either. Unlike his three previous arraignments, Trump is expected to be fingerprinted and have his mugshot taken.

Trump’s bond has already been set at $200,000 and he is barred from sharing “posts on social media or reposts of posts” from others referring to the case. I’m sure he’s going to break that prohibition. The man probably shouts in his sleep. He’s also barred from making any “direct or indirect threat of any nature” against witnesses or co-defendants, as well as from communicating in any other way except through attorneys. That’s the bond agreement signed by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, Trump’s attorneys, and the judge, Queerty reports.

And Fani Willis is obviously not a pushover. She’s tough as nails and I’m willing to bet if Trump misbehaves he’ll find himself with even more trouble.

Gee, these next couple of weeks should be fun.

I’m sure Claudia Conway will have a good laugh over this.

The ex-president is expected to surrender on Thursday, right after the first 2024 GOP presidential primary debate, which he’s apparently skipping. According to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, as of yesterday, there will be a “hard lockdown” of the area surrounding the jail when he arrives. He’s not supposed to be there very long, but hopefully long enough for a mugshot and fingerprints to be taken.

He’s been skating through his indictments without a mugshot and it’s time to quit granting him favors.

He’s not special.
