Melania Trump Just Got Some Really Bad News and it Looks Like Karma is Finally Coming

Melania Trump is used to living a comfortable life inside Trump Tower in Manhattan, but that may soon be rudely interrupted since Donald Trump and his sons Don Jr., and Eric were found liable for fraud Tuesday in a New York state court.

That’s because Justice Arthur F. Engoron delivered a devastating blow to the Trump Organization thanks to its years of shady business practices, Queerty reports.

Judge Engoron agreed with New York Attorney General Letitia James by ruling that the Trumps have lied about the value of their properties to make it easier to secure cheaper loans and then boost their worth to banks and insurers by as much as $3.6 billion a year.

So now, there’s a good chance Donald Trump may have to fork over as much as $250 million. The exact fine will be determined at trial, which begins next week and may run through the end of the year.

And this isn’t the only thing Judge Engoron did. he also immediately revoked Trump’s business certificates, thus stripping him of control of his New York properties. This includes his beloved Trump Tower, Melania’s favorite abode. The 58-floor skyscraper is located at 725 5th Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.

So this means the former FLOTUS may have to find somewhere else to “BeBest.”

Since she and her husband left Washington, D.C. in January 2021, Melania has been spending her time at Mar-a-Lago and Trump Tower, and some say she prefers her Manhattan digs. She’s called Manhattan home since leaving Slovenia to begin her modeling career in 1996. And after marrying a man who would become the only president to be impeached twice and indicted four times, she’s cooled her heels at Trump Tower since 2005.

Melania also owns an apartment on the 33rd floor but seems to spend much of her time residing in the building’s three-floor penthouse. Here’s the almost unbelievable part, however: According to court documents, the ex-president inflated the value by as much as $200 million a year from 2012 to 2016.

You may remember that when Donald Trump was elected president in 2016, Melania was very reticent about leaving her Manhattan home. She famously refused to move and didn’t join him in the White House until he’d been in office for six months. And all during her time as first lady, she made frequent trips back to Manhattan.

Nowadays she is often photographed entering and exiting the building through a side entrance while flanked by Secret Service agents.

But after yesterday’s ruling, there’s a good chance that her husband could lose control of Trump Tower, his Westchester golf club, and all of his other New York properties, and if that happens Melania will have to find another abode to be photographed at.

It isn’t clear at this point what will happen next. He may be allowed to keep the properties, but if that’s the case they will be placed in receivership, meaning he won’t be able to sell them or use them to secure additional loans. There’s also the chance that the properties could be sold by the court to pay off all his debts and other liabilities, and if that happens, Melania may have to move.

I think it’s safe to assume Trump and Melania are not thrilled by any of this. I definitely know Trump is pretty p*ssed because he responded to yesterday’s ruling by kvetching on Truth Social that it is “a very sad day for the New York State System of Justice.” His lawyers say they plan to appeal the ruling, but legal experts are saying the chances of this being successful are very slim.

Letitia James’ office issued a triumphant statement saying, “Today, a judge ruled in our favor and found that Donald Trump and the Trump Organization engaged in years of financial fraud. We look forward to presenting the rest of our case at trial.”

After the exhaustive investigation conducted by James and fellow staffers, one can hardly blame them for enjoying this moment.

Melania is responding to all the trauma by selling her latest cheap crap line of Christmas ornament NFTs on social media. Because that’s Melania for you.
