Watch Trump Wobble and Lean As He Struggles to Stand Still for Photo at Mar-a-Lago

For years, seriously, years, there has been something wrong with the way Donald Trump stands. He has a certain “lean” that is very obvious and has had people asking questions for years. You know what we are talking about:

Many people believe Trump stands in his famous “lean” stance because he’s wearing lifts. Which yes, we believe he does.

This week he was spotted standing on “foot pads” while he shot a video, and many thought it was to keep him standing still so he wouldn’t rock back and forth.

Of course people pointed out the obvious, that his stance is off and again, they blamed his shoe lifts.

Others pointed out that lean again, you just can’t miss it, and this was within the last month:

At Mar-a-Lago this weekend, there was another concerning video showing Trump struggling to remain still as someone took a photo. He’s just going back and forth, unable to stand still. You’d think he could open his legs more, as a wider stance could make him more stable. But nope, he’s just wobbling around.

People on X/Twitter pointed out some important facts:

Many people have also speculated that his forward lean could be an indicator of health issues.

“That forward lean is an indicator of Frontotemporal Dementia. Some have thought he was in early stages when he ran in 2016. MAGA candidates relax: it progresses slowly,” a user postulated.

Other users suggested the same diagnosis with photos of the 2024 frontrunner and a list of symptoms, including “poor judgment,” “socially inappropriate behavior,” “loss of empathy” and “problems with balance.”

Another account posted another list of symptoms for Frontotemporal Dementia — but incorporated another rumor circulating about Trump: “a decline in personal hygiene.”

And this isn’t something new. Trump has webbled and wobbled many times in the past. In 2019 he awarded the National Medal of Arts, to Jon Voight of all people, and people noticed he couldn’t stand still:

Also in 2019, during the welcome ceremony for the Joint Chiefs Gen. Mark Milley, Trump was once again seen swaying and having difficult maintain his balance:
