It Appears Trump’s Gullible Supporters Bought His Attorney a New $70,000 Handbag and People Are Livid

Not too long ago, Donald Trump’s personal pet lawyer Alina Habba said she’d rather be pretty than smart, and now she’s perhaps drawing attention to that by carrying a ridiculously overpriced $70,000 handbag made out of a dead animal’s skin. The fact that an animal was killed to make this handbag already puts her on my sh*t list, and the fact is, she’s probably trying to make some sort of statement by carrying this expensive handbag.

But the only thing this pricey statement tells people is that she’s vain, snobbish, and believes she can still be obnoxious as she likes. As user  @patriottakes noted above a photo of Habba on X: “Trump lawyer Alina Habba at Mar-a-Lago holding a $70,000 Hermès Croc Birkin bag.” It wasn’t long before the post went viral and has now been viewed nearly 400,000 times.

Of course, @patriottakes followed that with this humorous exchange:

Newsweek was unable to confirm the exact make and model of the glorified purse, but after checking with Heritage Auctions, it looks like the Crocodile skin Birkin bags sell for about $60,000 to $70,000.

Someone needs to tell me who in the effing world needs a $70,000 handbag? How many impoverished, suffering people in Gaza would that feed? Habba is an over-priced ambulance chaser who’s bad at her job but great at making herself and her boss look like idiots and she’s carrying around a $70,000 dead animal. Really.

Habba is a managing partner of Habba Madaio & Associates LLP, and she’s representing Donald Trump in several cases, including his second case against author E. Jean Carroll, who accused the former president of rape in the 1990s. Trump as per usual, denies this.

Carroll filed a civil case against Trump in November 2022 for defamation and sexual abuse, Newsweek reports. He was found liable and fined $5 million in April 2023. Trump launched a counter-claim against the former Elle columnist, which was dismissed in August. Then the fun became even more fun and one legal thing led to another because Trump does not understand the phrase “shut up.” He whined some more and Carroll filed a defamation suit. The lawsuit was settled in January and Carroll was awarded $83.3 million. And because the fun just never stops, Trump is appealing. Of course.

A second-hand listing for the pricey purse Habba has been carrying.

Habba notoriously butted heads with Judge Lewis Kaplan, who became so frustrated at one point that he threatened to put her in “lock up,” telling her to “sit down” after a heated exchange in the courtroom. The 40-year-old attorney has come under fire for her shenanigans.

Kaplan also questioned her legal knowledge, suggesting Habba “refresh” her memory about the correct way to get “document into evidence.” He also asked her if she knew the meaning of the word “none.”

He also questioned her legal knowledge, suggesting she “refresh” her memory about the correct way to get “document into evidence,” along with asking if she knew the meaning of the word “none.”

After the verdict, Trump posted on Truth Social, with comments indicating he may use a different legal team for his appeal.

“I am in the process, along with my team, of interviewing various law firms to represent me in an Appeal of one of the most ridiculous and unfair Witch Hunts our Country has ever seen,” he wrote in February.

Habba represented Trump in his lawsuit against The New York Times and his niece, Mary Trump. That lawsuit was tossed in May. Habba has also represented Trump in his New York civil fraud trial.

Perhaps all these expensive legal proceedings have allowed Habba to purchase other expensive items. Maybe the money isn’t enough to buy a gold toilet like her boss has in his abode, but I’m sure that over-priced dead reptile isn’t the only thing she’s bought.

This has definitely intrigued people on X.
