Trump Insider Reveals Why Melania Was Absent From Trump’s Super Tuesday Speech at Mar-a-Lago

Perhaps Melania Trump should give magician David Copperfield some pointers since she pulls so many vanishing acts. Despite all of the media attention she receives, she’s particularly good at this. Of course, one of the reasons she receives so much attention is that everyone keeps speculating about where she is when she seeks privacy.

But one thing is clear: Right now, she’s not at her husband, Donald Trump’s side.

She certainly wasn’t there while he celebrated his Super Tuesday wins at their Florida home, and now, one of her former aides tells us why the former first lady is so rarely seen, Newsweek reports.

The former president and current presidential frontrunner duked it out with rival Nikki Haley in 15 states and one U.S. territory during the primary contests on Super Tuesday and Trump succeeded in winning nearly every race.

After his Super Tuesday win, Trump took the stage at his watch party inside Mar-a-Lago where he speechified in front of his supporters. Folks expected Melania to be there ( I guess these poor fools don’t know any better), and she, of course, was absent. And lo, the speculation began, but Stephanie Winston Wolkoff already knows why Melania ditched the festivities. Winston Wolkoff explained the situation concisely on X.

“WARNING Melania Trump was NOT at Donald’s victory party because she did NOT have to be. His supporters do NOT care if she is by his side or NOT, so now she does NOT have to be. NOThing more, NOThing less,” she wrote.

Winston Wolkoff’s comments are especially appropriate here because Melania has been noticeably absent from her husband’s campaign events and has nixed making public appearances or comments about the election. She’s kept her presence to a minimum, a stark contrast to the 2016 campaign where she hit the bricks to support her husband. Perhaps the tiring rounds of stop after stop tired this notoriously private woman, but for whatever reason she’s not doing this now.

But critics continually wonder why she’s removed herself from public life. As he spoke at his town hall in South Carolina in February, Trump was asked if his wife would be active on the campaign trail, especially since Jill Biden has been helping her husband President Joe Biden all along.

Trump responded that she’s still taking care of their son Barron, who’s 17, but soon to turn 18.

“Her life revolves around that boy, [he’s] so important to her,” the former star of The Apprentice said. “At the same time, it also revolves around our country and the success of our country. She’s raised a lot of money for charity.”

From there he added: “She’s a private person. It’s funny, she was a very successful model, very, very successful, and yet she was a private person. She’s going to be out a lot, not because she likes doing it, but she likes the result. She wants to see this country really succeed.”

[The people] love the fact that she’s not out there so much. You know, a lot of first ladies will go out. They want to be everywhere. They get angry at their husband because he’s not introducing them. If I didn’t introduce Melania she’d be very happy about it. She’s just a different kind of a person. And she loves the country.”

“She’s gonna be out quite a bit and she loves this country and she wants a great and she says hello,” he concluded.

Winston Wolkoff was the first aide to be hired by Melania Trump after her husband’s 2016 election win and she’s continually shared her thoughts on the former first couple, especially since she continually flogs her book. Her friendship with Melania soured after reports revealed that Winston Wolkoff profited handsomely while serving as a contractor for the 2017 inauguration. But Melania and Winston Wolkoff were friends for over a DECADE. They spent lots of time together, including time spent with their husbands. Winston Wolkoff knows Melania extremely well, including the dynamic with her husband.

Melania severed ties with Winston Wolkoff in February 2018 after news broke that Winston Wolkoff’s planning company, WIS Media Partners, received $26 million to help coordinate Donald Trump’s inauguration.

In her 2020 book Melania and Me, Winston Wolkoff said she resigned because the Trump administration kept scapegoating her. And she has denied claims that she received $26 million.

“Melania and Donald Trump weaponized the DOJ against me by having Jeffrey Clark sue me to try and silence me so the truth and the facts about this, them, and so much more wouldn’t be shared with the American people,” the former aide told Newsweek in a previous interview.

There are still several months until the election, so the never-ending cycle of speculation regarding Melania’s whereabouts will continue, which seems to be typical of Americans. The country is plagued by never-ending problems like racism, the continued debasement of women, the ups and downs of inflation and the persecution of persons within the LGBTQ+ community. Oh, and also the fact that most young people growing up today will never, ever be able to own their own homes. And that is truly sad.

But by all means, let’s continue to obsess over a woman who’s made it clear she wants nothing to do with us.
