Trump Insider Says Trump’s Lack of ‘Chivalry’ Towards Melania Shows Marriage Trouble

Her tell-all book Melania and Me set social media on fire and it became an instant bestseller. So it’s safe to say Winston Wolkoff provided some spicy details about her friendship and work history with the former first lady. Now some new details have come to light that she believes show that the former first couple’s marriage is in trouble, Raw Story reports.

And she’s basing this on a change in Donald Trump’s behavior.

In a post to X, Winston Wolkoff said perception is meaningful in the Trump family, “so Trump’s lack of ‘chivalry’ towards Melania is quite a tell.”

“Chivalry for Donald was waiting for Melania to go first & ensuring she walked by his side. He’s been doing neither recently. Take a [look],” Wolkoff wrote above a video comparing past footage of Trump placing his hand on Melania’s back to allow her to walk ahead of him, with a more recent video of Trump plowing right past and walking ahead of her.

There were a fair number of commenters on X who agreed with Winston Wolkoff’s interpretation but there were also some who took issue with it, saying she was taking things out of context.

“People read to [sic] much into things. This family has been put through hell by the media and the court system. She also just lost her mother. Her heart is not into this right now. She would rather be home but she is there for her husband,” Shara posted.

The New York Post pointed out that Melania had in the past, excoriated Winston Wolkoff after her book was published, calling her ex-friend an “opportunist,” and adding she was “someone who clung to me after my husband won the Presidency.”

“This is a woman who secretly recorded our phone calls, releasing portions from me that were out of context, then wrote a book of idle gossip trying to distort my character,” Melania wrote at the time.

I always remember when the two were talking about the holidays and Melania, clearly frustrated, said “Who gives a f*ck about Christmas?” and her stabby red Christmas trees come to mind. I think maybe that comment and at least a thousand bits of unimportant trivia are forever embedded in my brain. I mean, I can name hundreds, if not thousands of dinosaurs, but somehow that trivia has never landed me a job. And social media is full of trivia that floats around in the virtual universe, and much of that trivia involves Melania and Donald Trump.

There is one instance where Winston Wolkoff defended her former boss after the endless stream of speculation circulated in the media about Melania being a no-show at her husband’s Super Tuesday victory party.

“Melania Trump was NOT at Donald’s victory party because she did NOT have to be,” Wolkoff wrote on X. “His supporters do NOT care if she is by his side or NOT, so now she does NOT have to be. NOThing more, NOThing less.”

So much quibbling over this couple’s marriage. Too many people are focusing on this when they should focus on keeping her idiot husband out of office. Of course, it’s easier to focus on something like that than to do the actual research that could ensure we don’t have another Trump presidency.

I’m just trying to prevent something that all of us will regret.
