Generally speaking, one goes out of his or her way to avoid disparaging the judge who will preside over a person’s case – and yet, Donald Trump seems to go out of his way to not only criticize and threaten the judge in his criminal trial but even go after Judge Juan Merchan’s daughter, Loren.

In a recent statement, Trump said:

“Judge Juan Merchan is totally compromised, and should be removed from this TRUMP Non-Case immediately.”

His Daughter, Loren, is a Rabid Trump Hater, who has admitted to having conversations with her father about me, and yet he gagged me. She works for Crooked Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Adam “Shifty” Schiff, and other Radical Leftists who Campaign on “Getting Trump,” and fundraise off the “Biden Indictments” – including this Witch Hunt, which her father “presides” over, a TOTAL Conflict – and attacking Biden’s Political Opponent through the Courts. Former D.A. Cy Vance refused to bring this case, as did all Federal Agencies, including “Elections.”

According to Mediaite, Trump referenced the Judge’s daughter due to “her work as president and partner of Authentic Campaigns, a progressive political consulting firm that has worked with the Biden-Harris campaign and Schiff’s super PAC.”

Yes, that is working in left-wing politics, and – again – it’s not a good look for a judge’s family, and yet – Trump hasn’t complained about Aileen Cannon down in Florida, who has been brutally overturned twice. We all know it just gets down to who is for “Trump” and who is against him, a black-and-white world. According to NBC News, Merchan is widely respected;

“He’s a serious jurist, smart and even tempered,” said Ron Kuby, a longtime defense lawyer in Manhattan. “He’s not one of those judges who yells at lawyers, and is characterized as a no-nonsense judge. But he’s always in control of the courtroom.”

Second, this is Manhattan, New York, not Kansas. People are far more likely to be involved in Democratic politics than the conservative MAGA movement – that’s just a fact. But a good judge, and Merchon is said to be very respected, won’t allow family politics to get involved.

Third, one should never, especially with the danger Trump’s supporters have shown toward those they see as punishing him.

Trump went on to say:

In this Country, we have the Right to Justice for All. As Andy McCarthy stated, “We should think of Bragg as falsifying his Prosecution” and, as Jonathan Turley said, “It’s illegally pathetic – THERE WAS NO CRIME!” Virtually every Legal Scholar says it’s not a case, has never been brought before, it’s not criminal, and it shouldn’t exist except for the fact that we have a Biased, Conflicted, and Corrupt Judge and D.A. in charge. Dismiss this ridiculous Non-Case, and MAKE THE AMERICAN JUSTICE SYSTEM GREAT AGAIN!

It is starting to sound as though Trump is getting a bit nervous. He has a habit of – again – quoting those legal experts who favor him. Jonathan Turley is an enigma in that he is a real law professor who used to be really down the middle and yet now seems to take Trump’s side in nearly every instance. A decent judge like Merchan can grant a directed verdict if he finds that no crime was committed.

Turley knows this. It is likely just Trump and his team in a bit of a panic.
