Moscow Marj Attacks Her American Colleagues– Both Democrats and Republicans: ‘I Seriously Hate Them’

I’m sure you’ve heard the expression “A broken clock is right twice a day” and Republicans have been questioning the ongoing aid to Ukraine, which is crucial for Ukraine to fight off Russia’s advances, but it looks like Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, for once said something that makes sense. Even if her comment is kind of half-arsed. Kind of. Greene furiously told Steve Bannon on his “War Room” podcast that she’s livid at people demanding Congress approve more military aid to Ukraine, arguing this is tantamount to “paying for the slaughter and murder” of Ukrainian soldiers.

Well, she has a point. Sort of.

The Russian bombing of the country also kills Ukrainian soldiers. Just sayin’ here Marge. Not to mention innocent civilians. Kind of like what Israel and the U.S. are doing while funneling money to Israel that’s being used to commit genocide against the Palestinian people.

“This whole thing is the most repulsive, disgusting thing happening, and the American people are the ones writing the check,” the Georgia Republican told former White House adviser Steve Bannon on his “War Room” podcast.

“I absolutely hate everybody here that is doing this,” she added. “I seriously hate them for doing this.”

And as she fumed about this, she went off the deep end by claiming Russia is “protecting Christianity” and that Ukraine is “attacking Christians.”

As noted by X user @yasminalombaert: Deranged and despicable Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said that Russia is “protecting Christianity” and Ukraine is “attacking Christians”.

“Let’s talk about what this really is, Steve: This is a war against Christianity,” Greene said on Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast. “The Ukrainian government is attacking Christians; the Ukrainian government is executing priests. Russia is not doing that; they’re not attacking Christianity. As a matter of fact, they seem to be protecting it.”

It led Yasmina to wonder

Does this monster still do anything for Georgia, or is she full-time on Putin’s payroll? A real embarrassment for the Americans. Russia’s war and occupation of large swaths of Ukraine have led to hundreds of churches being damaged or destroyed, dozens of priests killed or kidnapped, and entire religious groups that don’t conform to Moscow’s brand of Orthodoxy being banned.

Not to mention FSB agent Patriarch Kirill, who is the biggest supporter of the war and said that dying In Ukraine ‘Washes away all sins”.

According to The New York Post, Greene said her “stomach flipped” at the thought of providing the country with President Biden’s $60 billion emergency funding request, and said she believes House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) will eventually find a way to ensure the measure is passed. Greene has threatened to have him removed from the speaker’s office, and it’s safe to say she will probably try to do this again.

“Everybody should be demanding that the Republican-elected speaker of the House stop listening to the garbage and lies that he’s being told and do the right thing,” Greene said, arguing that the $60 billion would be better spent on US border security.

Greene then went on to say that “amputees” and “injured soldiers” are being pushed out to the frontlines of Ukraine’s fight with Russia, claiming that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is being forced by politicians in the U.S. to keep fighting.

“America is breathing down their throats and saying, ‘You must continue to fight and we’re going to pay for it and force you to do it,’” Greene told Bannon.

Greene also waved off fears that Russian President Vladimir Putin is interested in invading other European nations and questioned why the Biden administration is so determined to provide military support for a non-NATO nation.

“That is the only country that — for some weird, sick and evil reason — that they care about,” Greene told Bannon.

“They don’t care about you at home.”

The House has spent the last two months in suspended animation, failing to pass a $95 billion Senate-approved national security package with funding for Ukraine, Israel, and the Indo-Pacific region.

Greene has flatly told Johnson that a vote on Ukraine aid may prompt her to introduce a motion to vacate, which is the same procedure that Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) used last October to remove former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.)

But while the Biden administration is determined to send all this aid to Ukraine, it is holding Israel’s hand and helping create genocide against the Palestinian people.

Someone’s going to have to explain that to me.
