Conservatives Claim Melania Would NEVER Make a Mistake Like Jill Biden Did With Her ‘Tacos’ Remark

Well, by now you probably know…First Lady Dr. Jill Biden gave a speech yesterday where she made an unfortunate comparison and now conservatives can’t stop talking about it. Conservatives are so up in arms…you would think that Biden had gone to the border wearing a jacket that said “I Really Don’t Care, Do U” or something like that.

Biden issued an apology today for comments she made in a Monday speech in San Antonio, Texas, saying that diversity among Latinos is as “unique” as “breakfast tacos.”

“The First Lady apologizes that her words conveyed anything but pure admiration and love for the Latino community,” a Biden spokesperson, Michael LaRosa, tweeted.

The apology comes after Biden received criticism over her remarks given during an annual conference hosted by UnidosUS, a Latino advocacy nonprofit. Dr. Biden made the comparison as she was praising Raúl Yzaguirre, a civil rights activist and former president of UnidosUS for 30 years. President Joe Biden awarded him the presidential medal of freedom earlier this month.

“Raul helped build this organization with the understanding that the diversity of this community, as distinct as the bodegas of the Bronx, as beautiful as the blossoms of Miami and as unique as the breakfast tacos here in San Antonio, is your strength,” she said.

Dr. Biden’s comments were met with some cheers from the audience, though she drew quite a bit of backlash online. The National Association of Hispanic Journalists took to Twitter with a statement condemning Biden’s comments.

The First Lady is facing criticism after telling a group of Latino voters they were as “unique” as “breakfast tacos”.

“NAHJ encourages Dr. Biden and her speech writing team to take the time in the future to better understand the complexities of our people and communities,” the group said. “We are not tacos. Our heritage as Latinos is shaped by a variety of diasporas, cultures and food traditions and should not be reduced to a stereotype.”

Several Republicans also seized on the comments. And they also made the laughable claim that Melania WOULD NEVER be so insensitive.

But can we look back and remember what Melania Trump did do?

First, she took her sweet time moving to the White House. I mean, I get it. Her son was in school, and she didn’t want to move and disrupt his life. But that decision cost the taxpayer dearly. Her flights alone cost the taxpayers $675,000. We have since learned her decision to stay in NYC was to negotiate a better prenuptial agreement.

In October 2018, she spent $100K at on hotels in Egypt…and didn’t even spend the night. But, she got a good photoshoot out of it!

She did the same thing in Canada, but spent even more…and again, didn’t even spend the night!

Melania fully supported Brett Kavanaugh, even though everyone knows the man is a sexual abuser.

Who can forget when Melania claimed she’s the most bullied person in the world??

How about when Melania spent taxpayer money to fly to vacation in Florida, even though her husband shut the government down?

Or how about during the Stormy Daniels fiasco when she fled to Mar-a-Lago to go the spa, again, costing the American taxpayer big bucks?

Ugh, and that jacket. “I don’t really care, do u?”

She changed the name of the White House from “The People’s House” to “The President’s House.”

Melania committed a big faux pas while attending the D-Day ceremonies in Europe.

There is even rumor that she didn’t even live in the White House, instead living in Maryland with Barron and her parents.

So, um, yeah. Conservatives can shut their mouths about Jill Biden. When Biden learned she offended people she apologized. Melania never apologized…not even once. Not after she said “Fuck Christmas”. Not even for that disgusting jacket…she just blamed the press for her need to wear it.
