Ted Cruz Posts Sick Tweet About Melania’s Clothing, Mocking the Seriousness of Trump’s Actions

Everyone has heard it.

At Harvard Law school, Ted Cruz blew his professors’ minds with his legal analytical ability. Yes, he drove them into near-homicidal rages because he was fully formed Ted Cruz at the time, and everyone already hated him. But hate him as they did, no one questioned his legal brilliance. Ted Cruz clerked for Chief Justice Rehnquist two years out of law school, perhaps the top “post-law school” job available to any young law grad.

Ted Cruz knows how the United States is structured, what it takes to get a neutral magistrate to sign off on a search warrant, and that Merrick Garland is not corruptible. He knows this.

He also knows that this isn’t bullsh*t, and it’s damned serious. From the New York Times.

Expressing alarm about the documents that were retrieved from Mar-a-Lago, the leaders of two House committees on Saturday called on Avril D. Haines, the director of national intelligence, to conduct an “immediate review and damage assessment” and provide a classified briefing to Congress about the potential harm done to national security.

“Former President Trump’s conduct has potentially put our national security at grave risk,” the committee leaders, Representatives Carolyn B. Maloney, Democrat of New York and the chairwoman of the Oversight Committee, and Adam B. Schiff, Democrat of California and the chairman of the Intelligence Committee, wrote to Ms. Haines.

And he knows that the above is so serious that there is absolutely no excuse for this. This is actually the type of stuff that gets people shot:

No. It’s actually dangerous. There is not one gaw-damned thing about this entire matter that is funny. It is one of the most serious issues to arise with the presidency since the last time Trump committed a massive and dangerous felony.

Cruz knows better. He is just being fully-formed Ted Cruz and doesn’t care about the laws and government that he studied.
