Mary Trump Wants to Remind Everyone Not to Forget One MAJOR Thing About Donald’s Indictment
Mary Trump posted another tweet about her estranged uncle, Donald Trump, and his indictment, and just as in the past, this tweet is going viral. And this time, she tells us that we’re forgetting one very important thing: Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg wouldn’t bring these charges against Trump unless he was certain of a conviction, Queerty reports.
He’d only do this, she tells us if the evidence is overwhelming.
“I think people are forgetting one simple fact about the indictments against Donald: The evidence is very strong,” she posted on Twitter.
“The idea that D.A. Alvin Bragg would bring a weak case against a man who was not only the leader of the free world but who is a career criminal who’s been walking around in a suit of armor made out of impunity since 1973 is beyond absurd.”
“As former federal prosecutor, @AWeissman_ said on MSNBC, the tape recording of Donald talking to Michael Cohen about the payments to @StormyDaniels, in which he suggested they ‘pay with cash,’ would be compelling to any jury because it shows his intent to hide those payments.”
“Donald has also painted himself into a corner when it comes to Michael Cohen’s testimony because the recording corroborates that intent. Plus, there are 34 counts altogether—this is deadly serious.”
And then she added, shortly and bluntly: “Donald is f**ked.”

That is music to our ears.
Earlier Tuesday, Trump pleaded guilty to 34 felony counts that stem from the alleged hush money payments to adult film actress Stormy Daniels via his then-attorney Michael Cohen.
No video cameras were allowed into the Manhattan courtroom of New York Judge Juan Merchan, who presided over Trump’s arraignment, but photographers were allowed to shoot photos before the proceedings began.
Trump is still calling this a “witch hunt,” as you might expect. I fully believe this is his favorite phrase. He hopped on Truth Social to urge his followers to protest his indictment, and of course, he attacked Bragg, at one point accusing him (evidence-free, of course) of leaking information to the media. He ordered Bragg to indict himself.
Yeah, that would be Trump.

I think few people have been as instrumental as Mary Trump in letting us know who Trump really is. A psychologist and podcaster, she made headlines in 2020 with her tell-all memoir about her infamous uncle, Too Much And Never Enough: How My Family Created The World’s Most Dangerous Man.
Kudos to her for giving us a look into the mind of a man who is clearly mentally ill. A man who almost damaged democracy beyond repair.
